未来価値創造研究教育特区(FLOuRISH)のフェローシップ制度に採択された博士後期課程の学生さん（44名）、農工大OB/OG(13名)、教職員、総勢65名が１泊２日集中（8/26-27）の研究強化合宿に参加したワン！
この研究合宿では、博士学生が自分の研究を突き進めて社会に大きく貢献できる研究にするために、研究機関や企業研究所で活躍している農工大OB/OGをメンターとして迎え、仲間とともにディスカッションやフィードバックを行いながら研究を昇華させていくワン。
同時に、分野を超えた研究の繋がり、縦と横の人間的な繋がりで視野が拡大し、研究へのモチベーションが高まるんだワン。
それによって、新しい共同研究や研究分野、自発的ラボローテーションが生まれることを期待しているんだワン。

Sixty-five people, including 44 doctoral students who were selected for the FLOuRISH fellowship program, 13 OB/OGs from TUAT as mentors, and faculty members, participated in a two-day, one-night intensive research training camp! At this research camp, doctoral students are encouraged to advance their research to make significant contributions to society through discussions and feedback with their peers. At the same time, the connections between research in different fields and between people vertically and horizontally broaden one's perspective and increase one's motivation for research. We hope that this will lead to new collaborations, research fields, and spontaneous laboratory rotations.

Photo 3 shows the research exchange meeting with the mentors. This is a chance to talk directly with mentors you are interested in! It was a good time to discuss about research, lab, job hunting & career.
